Our day-Retreats is aimed for Beginners & Intermediate Level. This will allow you to sample Yoga, Meditation, Mindfullness, Life Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique, Healthy Nutrition and Juicing without that overwhelming feeling that you won’t know what to do or you will look like the only person not knowing what to do. The aim of the day is to guide you, show you how you can start any of the modalities, no matter what level you are at. So even if you attend a yoga class regularly this course is also for you. Technique is always important in Yoga and their are always small alterations you can make to improve your practice.
Some times you need to push yourselves to try new things, to step out of your comfort zone and give yourself some ‘me’ time to recharge your batteries in what has become the hustle and bustle of modern living and this is what our One-Day-Retreats are about.
