Working together to widen access to palliative and end of life care
10:45am - 3pm

Hospice UK is hosting this event to bring together policy makers, commissioners, local stakeholders and service providers to explore solutions which will widen access to palliative and end of life care. We have an excellent range of delegates already attending the session and there are now a limited number of places left.

These sessions will support delegates to:

• Identify challenges and opportunities to widen access to palliative and end of life care;
• Improve communication and collaboration between all those involved in the planning and delivery of palliative and end of life care.

At the event, speakers will use expert case studies to inspire discussion, generate solutions and spark collaborations in a day of presentations, debates and design challenges.

Please RSVP by Friday 27th April.

We hope you can join us.
