Introduction to Fermentation
2pm - 5pm

Discover the world of fermented foods and drinks with Bath Culture House. Learning the science behind fermentation and the many health benefits, and how to include beneficial bacteria, yeasts, antioxidants, vitamins and enzymes into your diet. Discover and sample Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Kombucha, Water Kefir, Milk Kefir and Cultured Nut Cheese. We will discuss how to introduce these live and active foods into your daily diet and lifestyle, and gain recipe ideas for adults, children and the family.  This is a great introduction to fermentation and Bath Culture House’s Fabulously Fermented vegan and gluten free products.
A little bit about Lucie…
Lucie is Head Fermenter at Bath Culture House where she creates artisan and handcrafted raw, vegan and gluten free Kombucha’s, Sauerkrauts and Kimchi. Educated as a biologist here in Bath, she is a lover of all living things with a particular passion for gut health, plant-biology and fungi.
Her interest in the ancient art of fermentation began during a career as an award-winning cheese maker on the north Cornish coast. It became clear that honing this craft was her calling, and she left the world of cheesemaking to pursue it.
Lucie now teaches the art of fermentation to others as a way to better health through simple, good quality ingredients and probiotic goodness.

Seen by over a million people, it's no surprise that the show is one of the biggest success stories in British theatre history, even performing for Her Majesty the Queen, as special guests at the Royal Variety Performance.

Prepare yourself for 40 back-to-back classic Motown hits, glittering costume changes, dazzling dance moves and outstanding musicianship in this explosive concert experience.

Celebrate the sound of a generation as the timeless music of Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, The Temptations, The Supremes, The Four Tops, Martha Reeves, Jackson 5, Smokey Robinson and more, are sensationally recreated for you by an exceptionally talented cast and band.

This breath-taking concert spectacular takes you on a musical journey through all your favourite songs, including: Ain’t No Mountain, Signed Sealed Delivered, Grapevine, Get Ready, Dancing In The Streets, My Girl, Blame It On The Boogie, Uptight, Endless Love, My Cherie Amor, All Night Long, Heatwave and many, many more.

If you want to join me, RSVP with a DEFINITE 'YES' (Not a 'YES' and a Errrrrr I'll think about it or 'YES' and Hmmmm!!! 'Maybe I will review nearer the time') and I am more than happy to purchase tickets so that we are all sat together...

The important bit:-
If you RSVP 'YES' then you commit to buying the ticket and if you have to drop-out for whatever reason, its your responsibility to sell-on your ticket... but I will help you too... but I guess there will be a waitlist. It also commits you to transfer your payment within 24 hours once I have contacted you with my bank details.

If you want to get your own ticket (Adult tickets including the dreaded booking fees are £29.50, sounds a lot.... but then its only £0.75 per song - a bargain really) call the booking office on[masked] or visit the Forum website at:-

What are you waiting for..... RSVP 'Yes' now.... it will be a great night...!!! :-)
