Maximising feedback for success in Apprenticeships
10am - 4pm

Communication with learners and employers – Are you maximising your opportunities?
There has been a lot of focus on the importance of feedback to learners to enhance their experience and progress, and there is a common theme of overly positive feedback amongst weaker providers.
But even if your team are delivering the most amazing feedback, can you really say that you are maximising every opportunity to engage with learners and employers – from every aspect of the organisation?
This very interactive one day workshop, designed for people working in the Apprenticeship or Adult Learning sector, will give you the time, space and stimulus to identify all those hidden opportunities that can be used to maximise feedback opportunities but also to maximise employers’ opportunities to have a positive impression.  We aim to support you in building on your existing systems and processes to make every contact opportunity count – both to generate sales, but also learner achievement. This is not about selling you a ready made solution, but more about supporting you to make the most of what you have and question how you can make even the best feedback even better.
